2. Purchasing from us
2.1 When you place an order with us you will receive confirmation of the order and payment.
2.2 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and refund your payment.
2.3 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods and/or packaging may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.
2.4 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
2.5 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.
3. How to place an order
3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
3.2 The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose/individual for which they are being purchased.
3.3 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3.4 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
3.5 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by debit or credit card via Stripe or through PayPal.
3.6 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.7 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include any relevant taxes.
3.8 Once your order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
4. Delivery & Carriage Charges
4.1 We aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day of payment. However, this is not a guarantee and dispatch may take up to 2 full working days. Stated delivery times are estimates only and are not a delivery guarantee. Orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.
4.2 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
4.3 We will arrange delivery of the goods to the premises you specify on your order.
4.4 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you we are unable to redirect your goods. If they are returned to us by the postage company we can arrange delivery to your new address, but you will be liable for these extra costs.
4.5 If you receive damaged goods, or you suspect your order has been lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on the website.
4.6 Most items are delivered via Royal Mail and by placing an order you are agreeing that your order can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you do not want your parcels to be left in a safe place or with neighbours please call the Royal Mail Customer Experience Team on 03457 740 740. They are open Monday to Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 9am-4pm, you can also request a do not leave with neighbours sticker via the Royal Mail website.
4.7 If no safe place or neighbour opt outs have been put in place with Royal Mail, any deliveries made on our behalf by Royal Mail that are left in safe places or with neighbours are considered delivered and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from this.
4.8 If you would like to opt out of delivery to a safe place or neighbour on an individual order you can do so by leaving a note requesting this during checkout.
5. Cancellation and returns
5.1 You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery, providing the item is unopened, undamaged and unused in its original packaging. To do this, please use the contact form on the website stating your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then provide advice for the return.
5.2 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
5.3 If you cancel you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We will refund the cost of the item upon receipt of the unopened, undamaged and unused returned item. If you fail to return the item, or the item is returned damaged or is damaged during return delivery due to inadequate packaging, we will be unable to refund the value of the item.
5.4 Refusal of delivery is considered a return. Any return costs associated due to refusal of delivery may be deducted from any refund you may be due.
5.5 If making a partial return of an order that qualified for free shipping on orders over £40 and the returned goods takes the order total below the free shipping threshold we reserve the right to deduct our standard shipping cost from any refund due.
5.6 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee
6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us using the contact form on the website. In addition you should provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
6.2 If an exchange or refund is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched and refunds not provided until either an indicative digital image is supplied by the customer, or the original goods have been received by us and checked.
6.3 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. However, on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you; you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs in this instance.
6.4 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
7. Use of this Website
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Any and all material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our prior written permission.
8. Visitor Conduct
8.1 With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.
8.2 When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this Website any material for which you have not obtained all necessary consents, is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom.

9.1 Any links to third party websites located on this Website are provided for your convenience only. We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content.
