Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please click on the “Click to view order details” link in your order confirmation email. this will take you to the order confirmation page on our website where you will be able to request a cancellation. Please note that it may not be possible to cancel your order as it gets marked as dispatched by the carrier, this can sometimes be a few hours after your order has left our premises.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched next working day, our working days are Monday to Friday . All delivery times stated are an approximation in working days from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival times.
UK standard shipping is free for orders of £40 and above.
Please contact us for postage to addresses in the EU and beyond and we will be happy to provide a fair shipping quote, eg. a single Funko POP! vinyl is usually in the region of £10 for EU addresses.
Returns
Should you wish to return your item because you have changed your mind about your purchase you are entitled to a full refund if it is returned within 14 days in its original unopened packaging. Please contact us via our Contact Form and we will provide you with returns details.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days of a return being approved.
