MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA ROYAL MAIL.

orders are dispatched within 1 working day, same working day dispatch cut off is midday. All delivery times stated are an approximation in working days from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival times.

UK standard shipping is free for orders of £40 and above.

Please fill in our shipping form for postage to addresses in the EU and beyond and we will be happy to provide a fair shipping quote, eg. a single Funko POP! vinyl is usually in the region of £8 for EU addresses.

Returns
Should you wish to return your item because you have changed your mind about your purchase you are entitled to a full refund if it is returned within 14 days in its original unopened packaging. Return postage is at your own cost. We cannot be held liable for returns that are lost in the post on the way back to us. Please contact us via our Contact Form and we will provide you with returns details.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us via our Contact Form to arrange a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 14 days of a return being approved.
